Most of our products are in stock in our warehouse and shipped within 24 business hours.
Your order will be assigned a tracking number and it can be tracked via UPS or through Canada Post. You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has shipped along with the tracking number.
Orders placed after 2 pm eastern time will normally be shipped out the following day. We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
A “Return Authorization” number must be issued to be affixed to return package. Please request RA via email to Mac and Paco at the bottom of Mac and Paco website
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
